Niki Cartwright is the Director and founder of Niki Cartwright Ltd. Prior to setting up Niki Cartwright Ltd, Niki had over 15 years experience in the NHS as a Senior Manager and Director. Her passion is for putting the patient first and continuously seeking to improve the service. She also enjoys working with people and seeing the changes and achievements people can make through the experience of executive coaching.
Niki has experience in a wide range of service areas at a strategic and operational level. Her experience includes primary care, children, allied health professionals, mental health, learning disability, palliative care, older people and intermediate care. She has a first-class reputation for partnership working especially with Social Services.
Her most recent assignments have been in undertaking a review of a PCT’s Records Management function, reviewing and redesigning primary care services including COPD, Diabetes and Anti-Coagulation.
Niki is also an Executive Coach.
Niki has an MBA from Henley, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development and the Institute of Healthcare Management.
Niki lives in the Meon Valley with her family and loves recharging her batteries in the countryside either by walking, riding or rock climbing.
She is also a Trustee and Director of Home-Start Meon Valley.
